At QPS, our professional process servers are experienced and well trained. We understand how important it is for our clients to be sure that effective and timely service of process has taken place. Without this vital first step, no case can be won. We will work diligently to get this step completed, so our clients can move on to other pertinent parts of their cases.

At QPS, we have the ability to find people who have intentionally "skipped out", and are attempting to avoid being located. Our skip tracing methods and software allow us to investigate and locate the most evasive defendants. Surveillance and stake out services are available upon request.
Document Research & Retrieval
At QPS, let us help eliminate the burden of record retrieval and reduce your costs by using our document retrieval services. We will research and obtain your public court documents in local, state, federal and any agencies in the United States.
EFiling & Court Filing
At QPS, we have the ability to handle and complete the full cycle of the "Process" of "Service", by being able to EFile our clients petitions directly to the court. And as our client, you will be sent email notifications of the petition's EFiling progress.

If our clients need a more traditional court filing, with documents being personally delivered to the court, we will complete the process including obtaining judge sign off if required.
Mobile Notary Services
In your hectic and fast paced environment it is often difficult and time consuming to find a Public Notary when you need one. We will come to your location when you need us to ensure all your documents are legally binding.
